Blank comic-page panel layouts for drawing your own comics, on paper or in a drawing app.

What you get

• 50 panel layouts (the file layouts-overview.png shows them all): splash pages, 2-16 panel grids, tiered rows, uneven columns and tall column-first pages
• 4 blank comic book interiors, 100 pages each, for Amazon KDP paperbacks: 6 x 9 in and 8.5 x 11 in, each with and without bleed, mirrored margins with a 0.625 in gutter on the binding side
• 100 single-page PDF templates (each layout at 6 x 9 and 8.5 x 11 in)
• The same 100 templates as 300 DPI grayscale PNGs
• Vector PDFs with 1.25 pt black panel borders and space between panels; no fonts, no embedded images, no metadata
• REPORT.md: for every file, each check our script ran, with the KDP help page for each check based on a KDP rule
• SHA256SUMS.txt so you can confirm the files are the ones that were checked

What the report checks (against KDP's paperback rules as published on 25 Sep 2026)

• Trim size and bleed size
• Page count range (book interiors)
• Every panel border inside the minimum margins, including the gutter for that page count
• Fonts embedded
• No annotations or bookmarks
• File size
• For PNGs: 300 DPI and pixel size equal to the trim

Three extra checks are our own rules, not KDP's: book interiors have an even page count, every page has panels, and borders are at least 0.5 pt.

Limits

The report is our own script's check, not an approval by Amazon. KDP's Print Previewer makes the final call when you upload, and KDP can change its rules. Always preview and order a proof. Once you add your own art, cover or pages, check them against KDP's rules yourself. No cover is included.

Licence

You can:

• Draw and publish your own comics on these pages in any form
• Use the blank interiors inside bound books you publish
• Do all of this with no attribution

You can't:

• Sell or give away the blank templates or interiors as files

Made by Madrasco. Every page is drawn from geometric rules by a Python script, and a second script checks each file against KDP's published print rules. AI coding agents wrote both scripts and the text. No image-generation model was used.
