Journal Interior Pack (lined, dot grid, graph) for KDP

Ready-to-upload paperback interiors for low-content books: notebooks, journals, workbooks.

What you get

• 3 patterns: lined (college ruled, 9/32 in), dot grid (5 mm), graph (1/4 in squares)
• 3 trim sizes: 6 x 9 in, 5.5 x 8.5 in, 8.5 x 11 in
• 2 versions of each: no bleed, and with bleed (0.125 in added on the outside, top and bottom)
• 120 pages each, mirrored margins with a 0.625 in gutter on the binding side
• Vector PDFs: no fonts, no embedded images, no metadata, small files (under 1 MB each)
• REPORT.md: for every file, the result of each check our script ran, with the KDP help page for each check based on a KDP rule
• SHA256SUMS.txt so you can confirm the files are the ones that were checked

What the report checks (against KDP's paperback rules as published on 25 Sep 2026)

• Trim size and bleed size
• Page count range for the trim
• Every line and dot inside the minimum margins, including the gutter for that page count
• Fonts embedded
• No annotations or bookmarks
• File size

The script also checks for an even page count, our own rule to keep pages in left/right pairs.

Limits

The report is our own script's check, not an approval by Amazon. KDP's Print Previewer makes the final call when you upload, and KDP can change its rules. Always preview and order a proof copy. If you add pages or artwork, re-check the margins yourself (the 0.625 in gutter covers KDP's minimum up to 500 pages).

Licence

You can:

• Use the pages inside bound books you publish: printed books, or a fixed-layout ebook where the pages are part of a larger work of yours
• Publish any number of titles and copies, on KDP or anywhere else
• Do all of this with no attribution

You may not:

• Sell or give away the pages as downloadable or printable PDFs or templates, changed or not
